KBAM explosion-proof high-voltage shunt capacitors are mainly used in 50HZ or 60HZ AC power systems to improve power factor. The product performance complies with the domestic standard GB3983.2 High Voltage Shunt Capacitors and the international standard IE60671-1. The maximum unit capacity of AC capacitor can reach 600kvar (50Hz), which is characterized by extremely small loss and high reliability. The capacitor unit is composed of polypropylene film with insulating dielectric layer and aluminum foil electrode rolled. Different fuse technologies can be used, including internal fuse (CHDB) structure, external fuse (CHDE) structure or non fuse (CHDF) structure.

Product features

● Main raw materials: high-quality double-sided roughened polypropylene film, aluminum foil and benzyl toluene (or PEPE) are selected to improve the electrical performance of the product.

● Discharge resistance: each series section is equipped with a discharge resistance. High quality high-voltage glass glaze resistance can reduce the residual voltage of the capacitor from 「 2Un peak voltage to below 50V within 10min after disconnecting the power supply to ensure safety.

● Advanced assembly line of core assembly: the processes of component winding, pressure resistant selection, internal fuse assembly, core press fitting, core wrapping and core packing are all completed on the mechanized assembly line, ensuring the assembly quality of the core.
