KD-LK low-voltage tuning reactor is connected in series in the compensation capacitor circuit to suppress and absorb harmonics, protect capacitors, avoid the impact of harmonic voltage and current and impulse voltage and current on capacitors, improve power quality, improve system power factor, and extend the service life of capacitors.

● It can be used in 400V and 690V systems;
● Type of reactance rate: 1%, 7%, 14%;
● Rated insulation level: 3kV/min;
● Temperature rise limit of each part of the reactor: the iron core shall not exceed 85K, and the temperature rise of the electric coil shall not exceed 95K;
● Reactor noise shall not be greater than 45dB;
● The reactor can operate for a long time under the power frequency plus harmonic current not more than 1.45 times of the rated current;
● Linearity of reactance value: the ratio of reactance value under 1.8 times of rated current to reactance value under rated current shall not be less than 0.95;
● The difference between reactance values of any two phases of three-phase reactor shall not be greater than+3%;
● Temperature resistance class H (180C) or above.
● KD-LK low-voltage reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase, both of which are iron core dry type.
● The iron core is made of imported cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with high quality and low loss. The core column is divided into uniform sections by multiple air gaps, and the air gaps are separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plates to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation.
● The coil is wound with H-class or C-class enamelled flat copper wire, closely and evenly arranged, without insulating layer on the surface, with excellent aesthetic feeling and good heat dissipation performance.
● After the coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into a whole, the process of pre drying - → vacuum impregnation - → hot drying and curing is followed. Level H impregnation paint is used to firmly combine the coil and iron core of the reactor, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high heat resistance level, which can ensure that the reactor can safely operate without noise under high temperature.
● The fasteners of reactor core column shall be made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has higher quality factor, lower temperature rise and better filtering effect.
● Anti corrosion treatment is adopted for exposed parts, and cold pressed copper tube terminals are adopted for outgoing terminals.
● The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters (if it is more than 2000 meters, it shall be corrected according to the standard)
● Ambient temperature: - 40~+50 ° C
● The installation site shall be free of violent mechanical vibration, harmful gas and steam, conductive and explosive dust
● The continuous operating voltage is 1.0Un, and the maximum long-term overvoltage does not exceed 1.1Un
● Steady state overcurrent (including harmonic current) shall not exceed 1.45In
