Product Features

●KD-LK low-voltage reactors are available in three-phase and single-phase configurations, both of which are dry-type with an iron core.
● The core is made of high‑quality, low‑loss, imported cold‑rolled grain‑oriented silicon steel sheets. The core limbs are divided into uniform segments by multiple air gaps, with epoxy‑laminated glass‑cloth plates used as spacers to ensure that the reactor’s air gaps remain stable during operation.
● The windings are made with Class H or Class C enameled flat copper wire, arranged densely and uniformly, with no external insulation layer, offering exceptional aesthetics and excellent heat dissipation.
● After the reactor’s windings and core are assembled into a single unit, they undergo a manufacturing process that includes pre‑baking, vacuum impregnation with varnish, and thermal curing. Using H‑class impregnating varnish, the windings and core are firmly bonded together, which not only significantly reduces operating noise but also provides an exceptionally high thermal rating, ensuring the reactor can operate safely and quietly even at elevated temperatures.
● The fasteners used in the reactor core are made of non-magnetic materials, ensuring the reactor exhibits a high quality factor, low temperature rise, and improved filtering performance.
● All exposed components have been treated with anti-corrosion coatings, and the lead terminals are cold-pressed copper tube terminals.

● Altitude shall not exceed 2,000 meters (corrections shall be applied for altitudes above 2,000 meters in accordance with the relevant standards).
● Ambient temperature: -40 to +50°C
● The installation location shall be free from severe mechanical vibrations, harmful gases and vapors, and conductive or explosive dust.
