KSTC900W series protection, measurement and control device is composed of generator protection, main transformer protection, line protection, transformer protection, capacitor protection, motor protection, reactor protection, standby automatic switching, PT protection, etc. It can be used for power grid of 110kV and below voltage level and auxiliary power system of power plant. The protection, measurement and control, and communication functions are integrated by using a high-performance 32-bit CPU, which is suitable for supporting the integrated automatic system of the substation or the electrical automation system of the power plant. The device can be installed in a centralized way or directly installed on the switch cabinet for decentralized control.

KSTC900W series protection, measurement and control device is composed of generator protection, main transformer protection, line protection, transformer protection, capacitor protection, motor protection, reactor protection, standby automatic switching, PT protection, etc. It can be used for power grid of 110kV and below voltage level and auxiliary power system of power plant. The protection, measurement and control, and communication functions are integrated by using a high-performance 32-bit CPU, which is suitable for supporting the integrated automatic system of the substation or the electrical automation system of the power plant. The device can be installed in a centralized way or directly installed on the switch cabinet for decentralized control.
● Modular hardware structure, fully sealed aluminum alloy chassis, modules in the device are independent of metal cavity, strong and weak current are strictly separated, self inspection and redundancy measures are perfect, and anti-interference performance is good;
● The device power supply is AC/DC universal, AC/DC88V~264V wide range power input, which is convenient for field commissioning and engineering application;
● Powerful hardware resources provide abundant signals and outlet contacts. The device is equipped with 12 input channels and 8 relay outlet channels as standard configuration. It supports flexible configuration of the outlet, which facilitates the implementation of field applications and interlocking logic;
● Powerful communication network. The device is equipped with one Ethernet interface and one RS485 interface as standard. It can use multiple communication media to communicate with the monitoring system in single network and dual network mode. The communication speed is fast and the reliability is high. The communication protocol supports IEC60870-6-104 standard and ModBus standard;
● Complete event report processing function, which can save the latest 64 action reports, the latest 256 SOE displacement record reports, the latest 128 device operation record reports, and the latest 32 operation record reports;
● The hard control pressing plates for various protection inputs can be flexibly configured and transformed into remote signal transmission, and the remote control input/output protection soft pressing plates can be used to facilitate on-site maintenance and operation;
● Fault wave recording function: it can record the voltage and current waveforms of 2 cycles before protection startup and 6 cycles after startup. The device can record 7 groups of recorded waveform data circularly;
● The protection settings are stored in E2PROM/DSRAM, which is relatively independent in multiple areas. They are automatically checked with each other and self repaired to completely avoid the loss or damage of the settings during operation;
● Operation circuit: anti tripping, tripping and closing protection; Circuit breaker position monitoring and control circuit disconnection monitoring.
● Large flow and wider application scope;
● Four star connection method is adopted to greatly reduce the interphase overvoltage and improve the protection reliability;
● Two different high-performance nonlinear resistance combination structures are adopted to realize complementary advantages and improve the service life of the product;
● The voltage impact coefficient is 1, which is not affected by various switching over-voltage waveforms. The over-voltage protection value is accurate and the protection performance is excellent;
● The device has simple and compact structure, three-phase integration or phase by phase assembly according to the actual situation, small volume and convenient installation;
● It has excellent filtering effect not only for high-frequency interference, but also for low-frequency interference.

Anti interference and mechanical performance

● High frequency magnetic field interference resistance: the device can meet the national standard GB2887-082 Technical Requirements for Computer Sites 5.2 The magnetic field interference intensity can work normally under 800A/M. ● High frequency electrical interference: the device can withstand the interference test specified in GB6162, the test power frequency is 100KHZ and 1MHZ, the test voltage is common mode 28000V, and the differential mode 1000V attenuated oscillation wave. During the test, DC power shall be applied to the relay under test in advance, and the superimposed interference test shall be conducted under the critical conditions listed in Table 3, Article 3.3 of GB6162. The device is free of misoperation or refusal to operate. ● Pulse interference: comply with IEC255-22-5, GB/T15145-94 ● Fast transient interference: the device can withstand Sichuan level (3KV) fast transient interference test specified in IEC255-22-4 standard. ● Electrostatic discharge: the device shall withstand the class IV electrostatic discharge test specified in IEC255-22-2 standard. ● Impulse voltage: each input and output terminal is respectively grounded, between AC circuit and DC circuit, and between AC current circuit and AC voltage circuit, it can withstand 5KV (peak value) standard lightning wave impulse test, and the device has no insulation damage. ● Mechanical performance: under normal conditions: pass the Level II vibration response and impact response tests. ● Transportation conditions: pass the 11 level vibration durability, impact durability and collision inspection. ● Impact performance: the device can withstand the vibration durability test with severity level 1 specified in Article 17.5 of GB7261. After the test, there shall be no loose fasteners or damaged structural members. ● Vibration performance: the device can withstand the vibration durability test with severity level 1 specified in Article 16.3 of GB7261.
