Installation instructions for wireless temperature sensor and collector
Installation instructions for KSTC194K-8B LCD intelligent control wireless temperature sensor and receiver:
Temperature monitoring of high-voltage switch cabinet contacts and contacts, knife switch, high-voltage cable intermediate head, dry-type transformer, low-voltage high current cabinet and other equipment.
Temperature emission and acquisition
Considering the problems of electrical insulation and live isolation, we adopt the latest wireless temperature transmitter and receiver. As shown in the figure below.
Each group of disconnectors (A, B, C three-phase) is composed of three temperature transmitters and one receiving temperature collector. The temperature of each phase is measured by the sensor, transmitted by the transmitter, and collected by the receiver temperature collector. One receiver temperature box can receive 1-12 transmitted temperature data.
Note: The receiver must be placed in the same space as the sending module to prevent the signal from not being received.

Passive wireless temperature sensor
It shall be installed at the position where temperature monitoring is required (such as moving contact). A. B, C three-phase each phase installation - one temperature sensor. As shown below:
Active wireless sensor
Bind at the position to be monitored (such as busbar), and install sensors in phases A, B and C, and bind them firmly. As shown below:
