The structural switch cabinet is designed according to the armored metal enclosed switch cabinet in GB3906-91. The whole is composed of two parts: the cabinet body and the central withdrawable part (i.e. the trolley). See Figure 1. The cabinet is divided into four independent compartments, and the enclosure protection grade is IP4X. The protection class of each compartment and circuit breaker door is IP2X when opened. It has functional schemes such as overhead incoming and outgoing lines and cable incoming and outgoing lines, and can become the power distribution device of various schemes after arrangement, arrangement and combination. All kinds of handcarts are changed according to modules and building blocks, and handcarts of the same specification can be interchanged 100% freely. The handcart has a disconnection position/test position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position has a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking. The handcart must be operated according to the interlocking anti misoperation procedure. All kinds of handcarts are driven and exited by worm gear and worm, which are easy and flexible to operate and suitable for various operators on duty. When the handcart needs to remove the cabinet, a special transfer car can be used to take it out easily for various inspections and maintenance; Moreover, the middle mounted type is adopted, so the whole trolley is small in size and convenient for inspection and maintenance. The circuit breaker handcart is equipped with vacuum circuit breaker and other auxiliary equipment. When the handcart is transported into the cabinet circuit breaker room with a transfer truck, it can be reliably locked at the disconnected position/test position; The cabinet position indicator shows its position. And only after it is completely locked, can the handcart be pushed to the working position by shaking the propulsion mechanism. When the handcart reaches the working position, the pushing handle can not be moved, and its corresponding position shows its position. The mechanical interlocking of the handcart can reliably ensure that the circuit breaker can be closed only when the handcart is at the working position or test position; The circuit breaker can only move when the handcart is open.
