Structure overview

The internal structure of this product is American box type transformer substation (combined transformer substation), the external shell is European box type transformer substation design principle, and the external decorative wood structure meets the concept of urban green environmental protection and returning to nature. Decorative boards are made of high-quality Chinese fir by vacuum drying and adding anti-corrosion fixation molding process. The frame is made of imported aluminum coated zinc plate or hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion steel plate, modular assembly and welding. The top of the box is a double-layer structure, which effectively reduces the temperature inside the box. The overall product consists of three relatively independent parts, namely, high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber.

The product is equipped with mechanical and electrical interlocking

The upper part of the transformer is equipped with an automatic exhaust device to strengthen air circulation. The bottom of the box can not only ventilate but also prevent small animals from entering. Rollers are installed under the transformer to facilitate access and maintenance. The bottom of the product is equipped with a hook, which can be lifted and transported as a whole.
