The cabinet body of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is in the form of cabinet, and the frame 8MF cold-formed section steel is locally welded and assembled. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated manufacturer of section steel to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have 20 mold mounting holes. With high passing coefficient, the factory can realize pre production, which not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves the working efficiency
During the design of GGD cabinet, the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet is fully considered. The upper and lower ends of the cabinet body are provided with different numbers of heat dissipation slots. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat will rise and be discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air will continuously supplement the lower right slot into the cabinet, forming a natural ventilation channel from the bottom to the top of the sealed cabinet to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden section ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part, which makes the cabinet beautiful and fresh. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating shaft type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and removal. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber and plastic strip. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the structure has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.


·The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40 ° C, not lower than 5 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than+35C;
·For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;
·The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of+40 ° C, and it is allowed to have a relatively high relative humidity at a lower temperature, such as 90% at+20 ° C. The influence of occasional condensation due to temperature changes shall be considered;
·When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °, and the whole set of cabinet columns shall be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard);
·The device shall be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and impact and where the electrical components are not sufficiently corroded;
·If users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer.
