Selection of series reactor

The power grid harmonics are mainly three times. According to the Code for Design of Shunt Capacitor Devices, when the power grid harmonics are mainly three times or more, it is generally 12%; Two types of reactors, 4.5%~6% and 12%, can also be used according to the actual situation:. (2) The third harmonic content is large and has exceeded or approached the limit value, so 12% or 4.5%~6% series reactors can be used for mixed installation. The third and fifth harmonics are the main harmonics in the power grid (1) The third harmonic content is small, and the fifth harmonic content is large. Select 4.5%~6% series reactors, and try not to use 0.1%~1% series reactors; (2) The third harmonic content is slightly higher, and the fifth harmonic content is smaller. Select 0.1%~1% series reactor, but check whether the third harmonic amplification exceeds or approaches the limit value after the capacitor is put into operation, and have a certain margin. The power grid harmonics are mainly 5 times and above (1) The 5th harmonic content is small, and 4.5%~6% series reactors should be selected; (2) The 5th harmonic content is large, and 4.5% series reactor shall be selected. For series two reactors with 0.1%~1%, serious amplification of the 5th and 7th harmonics should be prevented. For 4.5%~6% series reactors, serious amplification or resonance of the harmonic generation shall be prevented. When there is no harmonic source in the system, 0.5%~1% reactor can be selected to prevent overvoltage generated during capacitor bank switching, static overvoltage during normal operation of capacitor bank, and voltage rise at capacitor terminal when there is no power over compensation. According to the above selection principles, the following suggestions are made for the series reactor in the reactive power compensation device: (1) The series reactor in the capacitor device of the new substation should be carefully selected, and should not be combined with the capacitor at will, taking into account the harmonic background at the connection of the capacitor device. (2) For capacitor devices that have been put into operation, it is necessary to further check whether the selection of series reactors is reasonable, and organize on-site measurement to understand the changes in the harmonic background of the power grid. Capacitor devices with reasonable reactance ratio shall not increase or decrease the capacity of capacitor banks at will. (3) When the capacity of the capacitor bank changes greatly, the reactor used for synchronous adjustment tapping of the capacitor or the reactor mixed installation can be selected. Based on the analysis and calculation of the static over-voltage during the normal operation of the capacitor bank and the voltage rise at the capacitor terminal during the reactive over-voltage compensation, 0.5%~1% of the reactor is selected to prevent the over-voltage generated during the switching of the capacitor bank. |
